Brian Schott


Brian Schott has been an attorney with Fox and Farmer since 2018 and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee since 2010.  He graduated college with honors from the University of Tennessee and earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 2009.  After graduating law school, Brian served as a law clerk for Judge John L. Coffey on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Brian is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and the Knoxville Bar Association.

Brian lives in Maryville with his wife Candy and their two cats, Dolly and Penny.  Outside of the office, Brian loves to travel with Candy throughout the country.  He is an avid sports fan of his childhood Pirates and Steelers as well as all Tennessee Sports.  He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, boating, and running.
